We didn’t have jelly, so I made a cranberry gravy out of cranberry, orange, red onions, sugar, red wine and spicies. I didn’t either use honey, as I was afraid the dish would be too sweet. It turned out very well!

Way too sweet ! It was impossible to eat I felt like I was eating beef candy. I think the creator of this recipe needs to review the measurement.
