It was great had it for Christmas meal and it was easy to prep. I could find the cubed hash browns so I had to chop some potatoes. that was the hardest thing about this recipe. easy cheesy...LOL, bad dad joke

These are so cheesy delicious. It only took around 3 hours in my crockpot. My vegetarian neice was visiting, so I substituted cream of mushroom for the chicken. Yummy

They turned out really good, but I think I will replace the sour cream with top the tater next time I make them. Quick & easy!

I always substitute hash brown shreds in stead of cubes. It means they don't need to be totally thawed, and still the best side dish for any BBQ!
