This came out great! I made a few adjustments -- a cup less liquid to make it thicker, doubled up the spices, and didn't add the tortillas to the soup. I garnished with broken tortilla chips before serving

This is the BEST crock pot recipe I've ever used! The soup turns out so tasty, perfectly seasoned, and a great consistency.
