- 1/2 tsp. cumin (1/2 condiment)
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder (1/2 condiment)
- 1 clove garlic (minced, 1 condiment)
- 14 oz. chicken breasts (should yield 9 oz cooked, 1 1/2 lean)
- 2 cups cabbage (chopped, May need more because of shrinkage, 4 greens)
- 2 oz. Mexican cheese (Kraft 2%, to garnish, 1/2 lean, optional)

I used chicken breast that had been marinated in Spedie BBQ Sauce for chicken (http://www.spiedie.com/sm.html), added 1/2 can of black beans & a thawed ear of fire roasted corn on the cob. Shredded some colby-jack cheese for topping. Oh.MyGosh. This is a Keeper!! TYSM.
