- extra virgin olive oil (enough to put a thin layer across the bottom of your skillet)
- 24 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 16 oz. thin spaghetti (cooked al dente, do not cook to desired texture, it will continue to cook in the crock pot)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 2 tsp. garlic powder (divided)
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning (divided)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- shredded Parmesan cheese (Optional:, as garnish)
