- 1 lb. ground chicken (or Turkey, 93% Lean - a little more then a pound is fine)
- 2 Tbsp. onions (Dehydrated)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1 Tbsp. italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 jar marinara sauce (You will need 3/4th cup for the loaf, then cover the top.)
- 2 cups Italian cheese (1 1/4th Cup for loaf plus 1/4th cup for top of loaf)
