Problems - don’t cook the Italian seasoning that long, it’s gross. Added some lemon after the fact and that helped. Parmesan would probably work too.
Spinach can’t handle that cook time, maybe kale. Or put spinach in the bowls raw or lightly sautéed
Too much chicken and not enough liquid.
Three because it’s a good starting point
