- 2 lb. Velveeta® (Loaf of, Cut into cubes)
- 1 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- green onion (Diced, Optional, as a garnish)

Made this exactly as the recipe called for...was really good...fairly expensive to make... My only change would be to add potatoes...it needs more sustenance...potatoes would be perfect.
