- 3/4 cup oats (regular, not instant!)

- 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour (you can also use all-purpose flour)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter (room temperature)
