Turned out very well. I did my meat first by itself in the crock while I was at work. It fell apart by the time I got home, then I added everything else. I mixed it all together at once and then let it cook for another hour. I made my rice and added that directly in with everything. Only thing I would do differently is drain the meat well before adding all the rest. Very yummy!
