Very good classic beef stew. Proportions were perfect. Great dish on a rainy afternoon.

This stew turned out great! Beef was tender and delicious at just 3.5 hrs on high in the crock pot. I definitely had to add a bit more of the seasonings to get it flavourful but overall was a super simple yet effective meal!

We really enjoyed this meal! Great to come home to delicious smells! Did not add the peas (apparently ate them earlier-or my husband HID them), and put some chives on top for color.

Tasted delicious... even better the second day! The potatoes and carrots did take far longer than the meat to cook though next time I will cook the veggies for a few hours before adding the meat

Really delicious! I chose to use corn instead, also might be easier to cook the potatoes a bit before hand then cook them more in the crock pot. Would for sure make again, though!

Delicious. I decided to season and brown the meat before adding to pot. I also added a drizzle of EVOO and some white cooking wine. Slow cooked for 6 hrs on low. Great recipe. Love that it's Gluten free in mind.

I chose not to make it gluten-free. Still delicious & easy! I added more beef (2 pounds) & corn instead of peas (not a fan of peas).

Awesome recipe. I am new to cooking gluten-free so this kind of recipe really helps keep meals diverse with the new food sensitivity. Thank you!
