    Overall, was a hit! Used venison tenderloin, small red potatoes and regular carrots. Chopped up 3 cups of potatoes, 2 cups of carrots, substituted ketchup for tomatoe sauce, 2 cans of cream of celery with 1 can of beef broth whisked. Cooked high for 3 hours and everything turned out amazing! Next time I’ll add more vegetables like corn and green beans.

    This stew is YUMTASTIC! I used tomato sauce instead of ketchup because I’m not a fan of ketchup. It was a hit! Definitely adding this recipe to my meal rotation!

    I should have used the tomato sauce because I could definitely taste the ketchup (my husband doesn’t like ketchup). Otherwise quick and easy stew.

    I used 1 can of cream of celery and 1 can of cream of mushroom because that’s what I had in hand it turned out amazing! I will for sure be making it again!

    it was good. i also used tomato sauce in place of the ketchup. my husband and I use pork instead of beef, it was okay but beef is better to me.

    Great recipe but I switched a few things up. I used 2+pds of chuck roast, cut up. Only 1 packet of onion soup mix on it. Then I mixed one can beef broth with one can cream of celery soup. Cooked on low 5-6 hrs and at the end I added a few cups of frozen organic corn and peas. Came out amazing, huge hit. I also upped the potatoes and carrots because we like it hearty.

    I followed the recipe except that I accidentally bought only 1 can of cream of celery soup, so I supplemented with a little bit of beef broth. The flavor was so impressive and my husband was surprised by it. Great recipe!

    Delicious, I used less carrots and potatoes and they still weren’t cooked all the way through at the end so make sure you have enough time for the most successful outcome.

    Great recipe! I swap out the ketchup for plain tomato sauce and add a little bit of Greek seasoning. We love this beef stew in my house!

    Made this for the first time last night - I decided to replace the ketchup with a can of beef broth and it turned out perfect. I also used about half of an extra onion packet because there wasn’t enough for 2lbs of meat to be covered. Kept it on low for 7-7.5 hours and the meat was tender, the veggies tender but still held their shape. Perfect meal!
