Wow! This recipe is amazing, a favorite for sure!! Didn’t have a jalapeño, just added a can of diced chilies. It turned out very spicy but so good. I added refried beans and made burritos. Excellent!!😃

Delicious!!! I didn't have time to cook in the crock pot, so I assembled the ingredients as per the recipe then roasted the dish for 60 minutes in the oven at 350F (for well done beef). Beef was tender, veggies perfectly roasted and seasonings are right on! I'm about to make a chicken version right now. 😬

So good!!!!!!!!!!! I used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and kept the seeds in my jalapeño. It was spicy and wonderful!

Love these. It is one of our regular recipes that we keep in our meal rotation. If we haven't had it in awhile we'll start craving it. Also very easy.

Fairly quick, very easy recipe that packs a bit of a punch! Prepped the meat and peppers the night before, threw everything in the slow cooker before leaving for work, I fried some tortillas and readied the toppings when I got home- dinner done.
