It’s a perfect recipe for someone who wants to have a wonderful dinner later on… Easy to make and it’s wonderful every time, especially the gravy!

I have used this recipe several times. It is very good with a little heat and slightly tangy taste. Use it to make sliders. It is also very easy to make and can easily adjust heat level by adjusting amount of pepper flakes

I added more honey and the vinegar and I also added about a 1/2 cup of red wine and cooked it for 5 1/2 hours and it was absolutely perfect.

we love this recipe. especially on a weekend morning when we substitute half of the sausage in biscuits and gravy with the pork roast and add some of the juices to the gravy. fantastic!!!

making this for the second time tonight. quick, easy and full of flavor. Comes out very moist and so it's great for leftovers

Very good! Nice mix of spice and sweetness, but not too sweet. Will make it again!

definitely appetising, but i think i may have put in too much balsamic vinegar. less balsamic vinegar and more honey would have been good. used pork broth instead. added some fresh oregano and thyme, helped to give a stronger aroma. left the crock pot on high for 2.5 hours and the pork was already tender. tasted great.

the family ate every bit of it. It was so flavorful and the smell filled the house. my teenage kids paused video games and left there rooms to come see what dad was cooking! they even stuck around and talked.

Slightly too sweet for my tastes, so next time I might cute down on the vinegar and honey but otherwise delish!!

So easy and wonderful. Put steamed asparagus and arugula salad on the side. Excellent!

It was good. Not “I wanna like my plate good”, but it was tasty. I do love that it was super easy to make.

Very delicious and easy to make. I will say putting it together I realized I didn't have enough balsamic vinegar, so had to make due with what I had on hand (more broth). Still turned out excellent, but my wife did say it was a bit spicy with the red pepper. Didn't matter to me much, but we will give it another go with all ingredients on hand!

So yummy! This was super easy. I recommend shredding the pork and letting it sit in the sauce for a bit. I also added a bit of brown sugar to sweeten it up a bit. Definitely making this again.

It was so easy and the flavor was great! I will double the recipe next time, so there will be leftovers.
