Family loved it! A whole lot easier than making lasagna and using the oven in the summertime!

I less than halved this and it was good for a family of three with lots of leftovers. Yes, a bit bland but easy and very filling.

Pretty good, a little bland even with the addition of a ton of garlic and some Italian seasoning.
Things I would change: Need a way to keep the ricotta from drying out too much, didn't get that creaminess I expect.
Do not do too many layers. I did a third and should only have done two.
Needs additional mozzarella between layers.
Sides burned, probably the sugar in the sauce. Might have been okay if I'd used a liner.
