- 6 crisp apple (pop tarts)
- 42 oz. apple pie filling (2 -21 oz cans)
- 11 oz. caramel (baking bits, These can be found in the baking aisle at the grocery store near the bags of chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, etc.)
- 1 white cake mix (not prepared)
- 1/2 cup butter (cut into pats, You may use a little more or a little less depending on how your pats come out. You want enough thin pats to cover your entire dump cake.)
