It was a weird flavor... maybe use less balsamic or different salsa. I might try again.

Added half the balsamic and it tasted great! Cooked on low for 4 hours and turned out perfectly tender

The balsamic and salsa mixture sounded weird but I thought I’d try it It WAS weird I used the full amount of balsamic but still don’t think that was the problem The chicken was of course soft enough to cut with your fork after cooking on high for six hours but the flavor was bizarre I served it over basmati rice and ate it but probably won’t make it again

As some have suggested, it's a little low on flavour (I didn't add the full amount of Balsamic, and I'm glad about that). I did add some baked beans, and it was better, but just "OK".

Truthfully I’m not sure if I like it or not. It came out just fine but is a little vinegary so I don’t know how to correct that I put it on bread maybe if I throw some rice in it or on rice I’m not sure I’ll make it again unless I use it as a base for something else.
Actually, I added bbq sauce and tomato pasta sauce and served it over spaghetti much better!

Delicious!! This recipe tastes great especially when you add black beans and rice. 5 stars!!

This was so easy! I only used 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and got a mellow tang which is all I wanted. Will make again as requested by my family.

Major fail! I will not make it again. It had an odd flavor, maybe too much Balsamic vinegar. I tried to save it by adding some orange marmalade to counteract the vinegar bitterness. That didn’t fix it. Maybe using a stronger salsa would have made a difference.

i didn't have balsamic vinegar so I used 1/4 cup red wine vinegar instead with mild salsa. Stir fried veggies on the side. Turned out yummy. Will definitely make again.

So easy! Great filling for tacos or protein for a salad. I usually can only handle mild salsa but used medium for additional flavor. Next time may end up using hot! Will definitely make again

Super easy and delicious! Made great tacos and burritos. Even made mini chicken sliders!
