- 1/3 cup Country Crock® Spread
- 10 oz. marshmallows
- 6 cups cereal rice toast
- 3 cups Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream (slightly softened)

Directions
- Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan, 1 rubber spatula and 1 metal spatula with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- Melt Country Crock® Spread in 5-quart nonstick saucepot over medium heat, then add marshmallows. Cook, stirring frequently with rubber spatula, until marshmallows are melted, about 4 minutes. Stir in cereal just until combined. Turn into prepared pan, using metal spatula to press flat; freeze 20 minutes.
- Cut cereal layer in half and remove one half from pan. Evenly spoon Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream onto cereal layer in pan, pressing with metal spatula. Top with remaining cereal layer, pressing down slightly to form an even layer. Freeze at least 1 hour.
- Cut into 16 pieces with serrated knife.
