I tried this recipe tonight, however I found the tofu to be very dry and tasteless not crunchy. I ended up having to sauté it in a skillet with a little ghee to try to bring it back to edible.

Added nutritional yeast and that really made it crispy. Very easy to make. Loved it!

This was super crispy and yummy right out of the oven my 5 and 7 yr old kids even liked it! After it cooled it wasn’t so good, but I popped the leftovers in the toaster oven to reheat and it was good again

Added some of my own seasonings to the cornstarch but otherwise this was a great quick’ and easy way to prepare tofu!

Great!
Crispy crust, soft inside. I used smoke siracha tofu and it was a wonderful bite - tofu poppers for sure.

I love this recipe and make it often, it’s great in stir fry’s. I find the whole draining process to be completely unnecessary and think it works great without doing that.
