Don’t have to leave the house and spend a lot of $ for tandoori chicken now!! I was in Indian food heaven after making this. Definitely gonna have to bring a bag of this to my son’s house the next time there’s a grilling party. Ding ding ding…first prize for best chicken EVER 😜

I have made these twice and both times it has been a MASSIVE hit! Once made toasting the spices and marinating 3 hours, once not toasting and marinating 24 hours...otherwise exact to recipe. Both times amazing! Even my 2 and 4 year old ate it like crazy. This is a new staple for a delicious twist on chicken!

so easy to make and so delicious. i ended up halving the amount of chicken i used and keeping the spices the same and it came out so good. also made a mango chutney instead of buying some and it was way better

Lovely, but just put it in the dish with the marinade in the oven for 45min, came out perfectly. Served with my recipe for pilaf rice with (fruit and nuts) and homemade mango salsa instead of mango chutney.
Made it second time, served with stir fry veg and mashed sweet potato. still nice second time

Used thighs instead of legs no broiler so I baked chicken at 325 for 25 or 30 minutes temp 130 then grilled on high gas grill to 165 degrees looked just like yum recipe tasted wonderful crisp on outside cooked perfect and juicy inside made cucumber salad only with feta cheese instead of mint used balsamic vinegar
