- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cornflour (extra, for the coating)
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil (for air fryer. Use extra for wok frying.)

- 1/3 cup rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy (light)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Tbsp. cornflour
- 2 Tbsp. canola (or vegetable)
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 red capsicum (diced)
- 1/2 capsicum (yellow, diced)
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or canned, chopped into small pieces)
