- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil (light, lately have been using coconut)
- 4 cups irish oats (McCann’s Steel Cut)
- 2 1/2 cups nuts (almonds are my favorite, but a mix of almonds, pecans, and walnuts is also good)
- 1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/3 cup seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, etc.)
- 1/4 wheat germ
- 1 cup dried fruit (chopped if not already small like cranberries, reserve)
