So good! We had red potatoes to use up and I made them as an optional starch with a charcuterie board for a night at home. Be I’m afraid to oil and season and bake (and maybe broil on low) far more than the recipe calls for. They were crispy enough to eat with your fingers along with the meats/cheeses/veggies/fruits and moist enough to delight. Dang.
Oh— and I had a bowl of Greek yogurt based tzatsiki sauce and they fit right in.

They were fabulous....would have liked a bit more flavor....maybe needed more garlic powder

It turned out wonderful! I make them at least once a week! My husband even requests them!
