These were very good. I used bacon grease instead of olive oil. They could use a little more onion powder though.

After sharing this app with my children, my daughter made this recipe. She increases the dry ingredients to 1.5 amount, to ensure adequate coverage. Best Seasoned Baked Potato Wedges!
