These fries were delicious! Well seasoned and crispy. The recipe listed russet potatoes but not what size. From personal experience do not use bakers as they are to big for the quantity of bread crumb mix. As for the bread crumb mix you could probably mix up a batch of it and have it on hand for your next batch oven fries. Because you will be making them often they're that good!
