definitely going to repeat this! i used Herb's de Provence as i didnt have rosemary. cooked it in the Ninja Foodie, pressure cooked for ten minutes. Dumped the water out, baked for ten and air fried for ten. nice and crispy.
wish it had nutritional values listed

Delish! I’ve made it several times now. It’s become a family favorite

They tasted okay but just missed the mark for me. I am a super taster and these needed a little something extra. I would play around with the recipe but sweet potatoes are so difficult to slice and my hands and wrists will not hold up to the task. As I am writing this review it just occurred to me that using my spiralizer might be the solution for my cutting problem. I will give it a try and post an update afterward.

Very tasty! I used my food processor blade to slice & save time. Would recommend a little less butter/olive oil. Got a little greasy in the bottom of the pot.

It was a delicious side to our dinner. If you want the thin slices you must use a mandolin. Like all the other reviews mine didn’t really brown except along the edges. Be sure to spray the sides of your dish as well or else you’ll need to soak the pan.

I love this. I've made it a bunch, as the recipe calls for. Mine are rarely crispy on more than the outer edges, but they're still delicious. slicing thin and getting shallots in between every 3-4 slices to create a little more open surface area helps with crispiness.

Very tasty, my slices were little thicker then the ones in a picture so not as crispy but the flavour is great. Rosemary and sweet potato goes very well together.

Very good. Next time I will microwave after they have been cooking for a while as they were not cooked enough. Topped with Parmesan cheese

I didn't have challots so i diced white onion and when it baked it i would've had to leave it in for a long time to make it crispy so i left it soft. it was so good and it presented beautifully!! i will definitely make it again.
