OMG this was so good. Would use less oil next time and cut the eggplant bigger as they shrink when the cook.

The coconut oil is a weird suggestion, tasted too coconutty for me. Will use olive oil next time

It came out really good, add it as a topping on soups besides using bread or anything..

I only had smoked paprika so I reduced to 1 tsp. and increased nutritional yeast to 4 Tbls..

it was amazing! I was dumb enough to mix up hot pepper with ordinary paprika so it was veeery hot, but still great!
