Chicken was flavorful and delicious as well as the veggies. This will be a repeat dish in our house again.

It was DELICIOUS! I didn't put nearly as much rosemary and thyme in as called for- personal preference, hubby not a huge fan- and added some garlic powder and zucchini to the veggies, but other than that, stuck with everything else. Cooked my 5 lb bird for 2 hours exactly, and it was beautifully done, moist and delicious. My new go-to roast!
