Welp, don’t use foil lol! I oiled it down, sprinkled the cheese, set the potatoes on them and cooked, and they stuck to the foil and wouldn’t come off. Tasty tho, from the few that I could actually get some cheese off with!

I would recommend slicing your potatoes thin! my cheese was cooking faster than the potatoes. Delicious none the less 😀

I added garlic for flavor, tasted great. A bit too much oil for my taste so I will cut it down next time.

I read the reviews and was short on time, so I cut the potatoes in half and par-boiled them so they would cook faster in the oven! I added Cajun seasoning too did not use foil so they would crisp up well! They were awesome!

Delicious! But don't put foil on the baking sheet beforehand... Trying to skip out on another dish to wash cost me a lot of crispy parmesan!!

not as beautiful as the picture. needs more than 25 minutes and was hard to get the topping to stick to the potatoes.

Was delicious! I had to turn up the heat on my oven and cook it for a bit longer but was very good.

Didn’t crisp up enough. Next time will use larger pan so oils are spread out more and evaporate faster in oven. Good flavor though. Added some Cajun seasoning.

These were excellent. Added roasted minced garlic & seasoning salt, and let them sit in the oven at 200F for about 5 minutes after their high heat cook time. Crispy & delicious - will make again!
