Delicious!! Everyone loved them. I have tried it with freshly grated parmesan and the jar kind, and it actually works much better with the jar kind. I also tried using baby honey gold potatoes and they were also great (I baked those for about 35 minutes).

I’m not sure why the directions state to cut the potatoes in half when they’re clearly sliced into thick pieces in the photo. So that’s what I did. I also made sure to add some salt to the slices of potatoes before putting them on top of the butter, Parmesan, and black pepper. I used a little garlic powder as well. All in all they turned out pretty well. Certainly not my favorite side dish but a nice change from the normal.

I added more potatoes and they weren’t laying “singular” and flat in the pan so I needed to add a little more time to cooking but otherwise they were delicious!!

It turned out wonderfully! My family loved it, and I enjoyed tweeking the recipe to my desire!

These turn out great! For the best crisping, recommend a dark pan. We add some garlic seasoning to the cheese before placing the potatoes on the pan.

it turned out well, but doubled the butter and parmesan portions in the recipe - really seemed to work well as the family loved it.

It was ok. The cheese stuck to the pan. I'd try the recipe again with parchment paper

Good recipe. I think I will cut the potatoes into slices next time. Also, I think I bought the wrong Parmesan cheese. It was too large of a shred for my taste. I will try to make it again.

Delicious! I did modify the recipe by taking the advice of another person who seasoned them shake and bake style. Very flavorful!!
