    These turn out great! For the best crisping, recommend a dark pan. We add some garlic seasoning to the cheese before placing the potatoes on the pan.

    it turned out well, but doubled the butter and parmesan portions in the recipe - really seemed to work well as the family loved it.

    The Parmesan cheese didn’t really stick to the potatoes and stayed on the pan, any thoughts on why? They tasted delicious otherwise

    Good recipe. I think I will cut the potatoes into slices next time. Also, I think I bought the wrong Parmesan cheese. It was too large of a shred for my taste. I will try to make it again.
