This was a fast and delicious recipe. The gravy needed a little more umph, so I add one sachet of chicken bullion . It was amazing. Have found a new go to meal

After 50 minutes chicken is white still, nothing sexy about it and it looks gross. No browning at all... had to up temp and go longer! After that it turned out pretty good.... I mean really it’s basted in butter how bad can it be.

Consistency of the chicken and reading was good. The 2 Tbsp of Lawry's plus the paprika was a little much. I'd use half as much of each next time.
I used a mix of the leftover seasoned flour and plain to make the gravy and that turned out really good.

Loved the mixture of spices in the breading. I used chicken thighs and they were tender and flavorful. The gravy was heavy and very fatty. I would make this again using the breading but brown the chicken quickly in a small amount of oil and bake without using additional butter or oil. I used the leftover breading to coat sliced eggplant dipped in egg and then browned in vegetable oil until crispy. Very tasty!
