This was yummy! Had to add slightly more water to the batter because it was too thick to coat tofu. The consistency of the orange sticky sauce was not quite right- a bit too thin - so next time I will try with less water. The taste of this dish was really good! Suggest cutting slightly larger tofu chunks since it is time consuming to fry each one.

pretty good with the exception of the orange sticky sauce was a little bit watery. It asks for 1/2 cup of water but this is way too much. Either that or it needs to be microwaved a lot longer than 30 seconds. Other than it, it was Delicious!

☆☆☆☆☆The best orange tofu I've ever made, or HAD. So good. I've tried many recipes but this 1 wins hands down. So easy. My daughter asked if I could make it every day!
