  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 3 Tbsp. espresso powder (I like Medaglia D’Oro)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 cups crispy brown rice cereal (Cocoa)
  • 2 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (see notes)
