    This was easy and very tasty. My husband asked for seconds. The next day I enjoyed some of the remaining tofu that had continued to marinate over night, added to a salad, so good!

    Unbelievable. I've been looking for this recipe for a while now. Perfect marinade - didn't have to tweak it at all and thank you for the excellent instructions! You're right, the tofu releases itself right off the skillet once browned. So flavorful, so crispy and delightfully light! Will make again and again!
