I was looking for a way to use up frozen flounder filets, and this was a great recipe. They are slightly dry, but I think that was partly the low quality fish I used. The key is to take the time to refrigerate the cakes before cooking and let them cook for the full 4 minutes. I didn't need the full amount of almond flour to form the patties. I used just a cup total.
