- 1/2 jalapeno (finely diced, add more or less depending on spice preference- this is medium spicy)
- 20 oz. jackfruit (can of, drained.)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (or Braggs liquid amino acid)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin (whole seeds are nice too)
- 1 tsp. Mexican oregano
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika (more for smokier)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar (to help caramelize)

Good spice level. Squeezing out the water definitely helped with consistency. Planning to use this in tacos and burrito bowls.
