- 1/2 cup chickpea flour
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 dash salt
- 6 cups corn flakes (plain)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 12 slices french bread (or just 12 slices of regular sliced bread)
- 7 nut (& Seed Butter, or regular peanut butter)
- cooking spray (for the frying pan)
- bananas (sliced, for serving)
- maple syrup (for serving)
