I think this would have been better if I was a better cook. I had some distractions (I broke a glass dish and my toddler fell while playing outside) that made cooking a bit harder and I burnt the chicken, also I didn’t make the sauce thick enough (now I know to cook it longer) but I feel like the flavor could have been there so I will try it again.
