I found the seasoning kinda bland but really enjoyed the vegetables. The skin didn't get crispy so I had to use the broiler.

Delicious! I doubled the recipe and added a potato (one family member is not a fan of sweet potato) Used fresh thyme only because I had it. The chicken was moist and flavorful. It also appealed to the diet conscious people in the house. For those who do not like a very herbal spice, just add it lightly to the chicken but for me and my husband, we thought it was spot on !
