Very good,
I would definitely make it again. My only modification was to add paprika.

Fantastic chicken thighs. Two out of three daughters said, “best chicken ever.” And I make a lot of chicken. I made 4 large size thighs, used all same measurements for ingredients. So if I were to make 8 I would double the ingredients.

So easy to make and delicious! Just have to monitor heat for iron skillet
carefully and use meat thermometer! Will be making this again!

I used fresh crushed garlic and chicken legs i rubbed it inside the skin it was really tasty although my legs needed more time in the iven to cook thru (about 10 mins more)
