    Crispy and delicious! I used fresh rosemary and didn’t taste it or the garlic or onion powder but it’s okay. Made it for a second time tonight

    Sooo good. It’s a great replacement to traditional fried chicken without cheese. Frying in ghee makes the skin super crispy. We will be making this again!
