This recipe came from Chef John from Allrecipes.com. It is my favorite Chicken Parmesan recipe and it comes out perfectly every time!
Ingredients

4 SERVINGS
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 cup olive oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 fresh mozzarella
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup basil (fresh chopped)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C)
- Place chicken breasts between two sheets of heavy plastic and firmly pound chicken until it is 1/2 inch thick. Season thoroughly with salt and pepper
- Beat eggs in a shallow bowl and set aside
