this was a really good recipe. i liked the seasonings they chose. i decided to add curry powder, which they listed as optional. and it really brought out alot of good flavor. i would have given this 5 stars, but i think the seasoning ratios were a little too much. but the chicken was delicious and cooked in the right amount of time. very easy recipe to cook!

Hubby said it was crispy but all he tasted was the batter and he didn’t care for it at all

I doubled the recipe, but should have only doubled the chicken wings and tripled everything else - I ran out of the batter/seasoning after coating about 2/3 of the wings. Despite this, they turned out alright. I also brushed the wings with Frank's buffalo sauce during the last 10 minutes of cooking. My husband and I loved them. I'll have to make them again but be sure to make extra of the seasoning/baking powder/oil mix.

My husband agrees!! He said they are almost like gourmet wings. I will be cutting down on the salt and adding buffalo sauce to half of them next time!
