Omg, I’m so happy I found an amazing recipe for brussel sprouts! I loooove eating them at restaurants and have never been able to recreate them at home on my own—until now! Couple of things I did different... I mixed everything in a bowl, not on the pan, so I could thoroughly mix everything. I cut the ends, but included the extra leaves because those super crispy are the best part! I also cooked it for the full 30 minutes to make sure everything was super crispy. It said for 4 servings to add 1 3/4 tbsp of basalmic, but I think that was too much, 1 tbsp would’ve been perfect. It made the sprouts reek of vinegar and I added more honey to balance it out, and I think it ruined the crispness and made them a little soggy. Still the crispiest brussel sprouts I’ve ever made! This was my side dish to a ribeye and the mushroom topping also on this app, and mixing the three together was a match made in heaven—my husband’s new favorite plate ever, via restaurant or by my hand.

Really tasty! At 25 minutes my brussel sprouts were nice and charred. The honey balsamic was spot on.

Maybe I did it wrong but it didn’t get as crispy because of how watery the Brussels sprouts were. The flavour was great though

It was awesome!! Instead of honey I used maple syrup and I added pepper flakes and finished it off with a dollop of cashew yogurt, some parsley and red pepper flakes. Yummm! Edit: I also added potato. So good!

One of my favorite ways to prepare them! I just mix them in a bowl with the balsamic and honey. A few red pepper flakes on top isn’t so bad either. 😊
