- 2 tsp. coconut oil

Directions
- Pour egg whites into one bowl and mix breadcrumbs and black pepper into the other bowl.
- Place chicken breast into egg whites and flip to ensure that both sides of the breast are coated.
- Remove chicken breast from egg whites and place in breadcrumb mixture until it is evenly coated with a layer of breadcrumbs.
