    Made it twice and a family hit both times. Flour tortillas worked fine. Added Mexican queso fresco and was great. Cooks faster on a griddle where I could make several at a time.

    Turned out really good! I am one of those people who can’t stand cilantro, so I skipped that ingredient and went extra heavy on the lime - sooooo yummy and super easy to prepare. Served them with a mild chunky salsa and some sour cream. Adding this one into the regular dinner rotation!

    It’s a delicious taco, very different. It was better with fresh salsa and chopped cilantro. Needs a side salad if it’s your dinner entree.

    Very good. I served mine with homemade pico de gallo. I think next time some fresh avocado or guacamole will be really good too.

    Very Easy and absolutely delicious! I had only flour tortillas and they tasted great. I also had made a huge batch of congri - Cuban black beans and rice ( and used a batch of the congri in place of canned black beans and minute rice.

    These are soooo tasty! They are very quick to make, the black bean mixture is a little spicy and the feta helps balance the flavor. My only complaint is that they take awhile to fry up and I was eating them as they came off the pan.

    This recipe was a mix for me. First, I LOVE the fresh fried corn tortillas - there's nothing like eating these fresh off the pan. However, the feta is definitely tangy and wasn't a favorite of mine or of anyone else in my family. Second, it took a good 30-45 minutes for me to cook all of these up. They're eaten as they come off the pan, but that means you won't be sitting down with the family for a meal.

    I found these to be super tasty but a little messy to make. Had a hard time flipping them without it all falling apart 😂 would give it a second chance. 😊
