I'm putting our Cajun seasoning on. It has almost the same ingredients as this rub, did use about 3 or 4 drops of hickory smoke too! Adding a bit of sugar helps to caramelize. Great way to cook in the oven. Used Reynolds non stick foil. Clean up a breeze!
