Super delicious. Nice and crispy for not being a frying recipe. We nearly doubled the cooking time, as others have mentioned.

Not to shabby! I needed to possibly have a better coating of oil on the foil. Could also have had more time in the oven but we were famished

Turned out great. I soaked the potatoes in water and toweled dried. Also needed to double the cooking time. Highly recommend

Crispy and sweet with a hint of salty. Definitely have to try these. I like these better than any sweet potato fries I've had in restaurants!
