    Turned out well Maybe could use a sauce or something by itself remained a bit dry.

    This is absolutely incredible! I didn’t have the cumin, but none the less I enjoyed this recipe from the first bite to the last...🔥🔥🔥

    it was good. I baked it at 400 for a bit under 30 minutes so it would brown around the edges and then added some parmesan cheese at the end. i used salt, pepper, garlic and the olive oil but no cumin as my boyfriend doesnt like it too much. I will definitely make it again but im not sure what mixed spice was.

    I personally think it might need some acid like red wine vinegar or lime juice. What is mixed spice anyway? I just used curry and more than the recommended. A little more salt too.
