- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 cup panko
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- olive oil (for frying)
- greens (I used Field Greens)
- sliced tomatoes
- shaved Parmesan cheese
- 2 pieces crispy bacon (snipped into pieces)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 pinch kosher salt (and pepper)
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tsp. chili (with Garlic Sauce or Sriracha or even Tabasco sauce)
